Maria Brito helps companies boost creativity, foster innovation, and outshine competitors in an ever-changing world.

The future of your business, your career, and your industry depends on how creative and innovative you can be.

COVID-19 turned our modern work world upside-down. Between fierce competition, impatient investors, and insatiable consumers, companies must innovate on demand.

But how do you see the future before others do? How do you use uncertainty to your advantage? How do you leverage scarce resources to make the impossible possible?

Creativity is the solution no matter what industry you’re in.

It’s not a natural-born talent; creativity is a mindset that can be taught and can be learned, a toolkit, and a practice that the world’s most successful contemporary artists develop every day and you can borrow and adapt their techniques no matter the industry you are in.

SPEAKING TOPICS

  • Creating the Future. How businesses can reinvent themselves in an age of uncertainty: Why do so many companies make it on the Fortune 500 list, and then quickly disappear? It’s not enough to succeed once in business, you must re-imagine yourself. The secret to surviving (and thriving!) in the post-COVID era of business is creativity. Maria Brito will share how today’s most successful contemporary artists cultivate a never-ending renewable stream of ideas and then produce remarkable results. With the right strategy, you can do it too.

  • Think Like an Artist. How to develop a creative mindset in business: What do Leonardo da Vinci, Elon Musk, and Shonda Rimes have in common? They are creative entrepreneurs. Successful entrepreneurs and artists are almost the same: they imagine radical new possibilities without constraints or limitations, and they depend on their creativity to achieve such feats. Maria Brito will take you behind-the-scenes with today’s top contemporary artists to share how you can develop an artist’s mindset at work, no matter what industry you’re in.

  • Creativity on Demand. Proven strategies to become more innovative at work: Faced with steep competition and quick-acting copycats, how do you stay original? How do you succeed as a company not just once, but again and again? Creativity is the answer regardless of your industry. As an art advisor, Maria Brito has spent the last 13 years working directly with some of the world’s most successful artists, taking notes on their habits, routines, and techniques.
